Kyng Designs is a non-limited business utilising in-house and freelance web designers to produce web designs to a standard laid down by Kyng Designs.

In using our services, you agree to an acceptance of our terms, as well as your waiver of any claims against Kyng Designs or its contractors arising out of your use of our services or this web site. You accept that any information offered is 'advisory', and that information offered though out this web site may change from time to time. We state that any information available within this web site is kept up to date and in accord with our trading policy. Kyng Designs reserves the right to change its prices and web content without prior notice.

General.
Our web sites are designed to be compatible with IE5+ and Firefox 2+. All web sites are optimised for viewing from 1074 x 768 and upwards. Whilst we strive for browser compatibility, we make no claim to guarantee it in all cases.

Web site design.
Quotations given for web design are deemed valid for a period of 30 days from the date of submission. A non-refundable 50% deposit will become due on your acceptance of our quotation and shall be paid before any work commences. The remaining 50% will become due on completion of your web site. After 28 days have passed any non payment will terminate our contract with you and we will remove your web site from service.

Intellectual Property Rights.
It is agreed that you own the intellectual property rights of any content provided by you to Kyng Designs, and will allow Kyng Designs to use it on behalf of you or your agent. Upon invoice payment completion, the web site and its content become the sole property of the client. In the event of a non-completion of contract, any images, text and code developed or designed by Us will remain under our copyright control.

Content.
Kyng Designs will not enter into any project that can be interpreted in any way to be unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, inflammatory or prejudicial. Nor do we deal in sites that seek to exploit sexual themes.

Hosting.
Kyng Designs uses AmenWorld as its primary hosting provider. Our long association with this company has shown us that they can offer an exemplary service with minimal downtime and excellent customer response times. However, no guarantee of service can be made by Kyng Designs on behalf of the host. We will remain your point of contact for any issues you have with the service and will do everything in its power to resolve problems as swiftly and as professionally as possible.
